16 relatively recently captured images. A mixture of subject matter - could be virtually anything, but currently a snowy theme. This gallery is the best single place to look for new material. It has the highest turnover of images and acts as the main feed to the others. Most of the content of the other galleries will generally have been posted here first, although not everything that appears here is destined for elsewhere on the site...

On High
These are chiefly scenes of the Lakes, although there may be the odd one from elsewhere in Cumbria. Mostly, but again not exclusively, the pictures have been taken from relatively high up and generally early on in the day. The intention with these pictures is to faithfully capture the changing moods and atmosphere of the mountains, from the tops themselves.

Over Water
As suggested, the theme for this small collection is views across water. Again, most shots are from the Lake District and not surprisingly, mountains feature prominantly in several.
